Happiness is a funny thing. The more we think about it, the more we question it, compare ourselves to others, or even compare the feeling to other times in our lives when we’ve felt happy. Or when we haven’t.
Happiness is something we need to FEEL. Not think about so much.
Your mission for this day, should you choose to accept, is to notice a moment in your day when you’re happy. About anything. First sip of coffee, the feeling of finding that perfectly comfortable spot in your bed just before you have to get out of it – whatever you want.
